Selection Process

Submit your ideas by registering through the Techbrewers™ app by scanning the QR code

The initial idea and the subsequent presentation are selected by a panel of judges

Present the developed idea/prototype/roadmap to the audience and a panel of judges. The best idea is chosen from the lot and is crowned as the winner

  • Unlike other Ideathon events, Techbrewers™ allows competitors to bring projects that they have worked on previously for weeks, months, or years prior to the event.
  • Competitors must own rights or have permission for the prototype to be demonstrated in the competition.
  • Attendees from all backgrounds, genders, and geographies are welcome. Committee members are not eligible to participate in the ideathon.
  • Any intellectual property or idea developed during the ideathon will belong to the individual that developed it.

  • A panel of six judges will preside over the event and will have the utmost impartiality during the process.
  • The total time for an individual presentation is 15 minutes.
  • The participant can present for a maximum duration of 12 minutes, and the final 3 minutes are reserved for discussion and for the jury to ask questions.

You should be an Employee of Novac Technology Solutions with original solutions that address real gaps in the technology field.

Coding is an essential part of the individual’s skill set and will be a plus. However, coding is not required to attempt the Ideathon.

The challenge is broken down into two phases, the first phase will contain idea submission, and the second phase of the accepted ideas will require the presentation of the idea, which may include the prototype, a working module, or even a presentation.
